Mac scanner IPTV

Hello guys if someone know good working iptv mac address scanner Im interest not that online one I need standalone application there is available few iptv scanners including that option but ...they dont work in some reason or I dont get how they work...I think Iknow how to use them but stll no succes. I follow http with wireshark and it shown 404 error every single hits nohgood hits no matter what service adn combo I use. thanks!!
